Trying to download an album I pre-ordered...

Everytime I click the link from the email it says I need to verify my billing info. Have done a few times, even switched cards and everything. Shut down iTunes, restarted and still the same problem occuring. Not showing up in my purchased playlist in my library or as iCloud items.

The only thing I can think of is that I have a credit on my account from a past gift card and maybe that has something to do with it...?
