I am trying to run a program but it says my security settings are blocking it. I don't have any additional Security software, I have temporarily turned the Firewall off and have allowed "programs to run from anywhere". I am missing something....?

Might help if you told us what the app is you are trying to run.
I am trying to do an online class and it requires Java, Adobe Reader, and Flash. I have all the latest, but when I open the class, I get this error box. It doesn't tell me which application that is being blocked. I cant figure out how to 'trust' these specific applications.
