Feb 20, 2014 4:15 PMby jolenna1214,I'm having the same problem, i called NIke they said the nano app isn't made by NIke but instead it is made and installed by Apple. I had already reset my I-pod. It is happening to my I pod and my daughters. Re-setting doesn't work. My husband had suggested the problem had something to do with an update, but cande.ft is the first person i've found on-line with the same problem. Please HELP Braden, re-setting doesn't fix the problem
