I bought my iPhone 1 year ago unlocked on an apple store, and now it not recognize the SIM card. The technical support tell me that my iPhone is on negative band. I never gave the IMEI to an telephonical operator, because of that I am sure that the cellphone was not registered in any company that can lock it. What can I do?

yes, it's in blacklist. A few weeks ago the phone works ok, but now it's blacklisted and I don't know why. My phone company tell me to they didn't
Then you need to talk to them and get it fixed. If you are the original purchaser and can prove it, they screwed up.
