how do i download all my iTunes from the cloud to my new iMac?

Hi all,

I have a new iMac (and very happy), i have opened it up and entered my icloud information and all my music stored in the cloud is there but greyed out. How do I download it onto the computer? I kept getting error=5099

Can any one help? I have downloaded some of the music, but want to know if there is an easy answer?
