my macbook pro wont start up
Every time I turn it on.. It shows a progress bar and gets almost half way done and then the laptop shuts off. Is there anything I can do?! I don't have any of my pictures backed up.

which model MacBook Pro do you have, and which version of OS X is installed on it?
If you haven’t bothered to back up your pictures, then it seems as though you’re not particularly concerned about the possibility of their loss.
