Replacement iPhone 4s defective
I got a replacement for my iphone 4s and it defected after 10 days. By the time my carrier got the replacement the original warranty expired and they refuse to service/replace it. Why can't I contact apple support to get assistance with that when the replacement clearly has 90 days warranty? I am not ok with paying $19 just to be able to talk to apple support. Could you please advise.
