Q: My charger is not working. I just want to buy a new one. Will someone please just tell me what to order? Is there someone I can call?

My charger is very tempermental. Sometimes the light goes on and sometimes it doesn't. I am worried one day soon, it will stop charging altogether. I want to buy a replacement but am really confused about what to buy. I'd like to order online and NOT go into store as it is inconvenient.

I will buy... just need to know what to order.
