This morning (19/02/2014), I deleted all my contacts on my icloud-account by mistake. But i haven't any backup (Icoud and Itunes)before. These contacts're very important with my business, my life. PLEASE!! help me to restore my contact-informations.PLEASE

There is no way for you to restore your contacts back into iCloud if you deleted them unless you have a copy saved somewhere that you can use to reimport from. You might try contacting Apple to see if they can do anything to help.
