How to restore contact ONLY from iTune

Lost all contacts after restarting my iphone 4S.

Have a backup on iTune but is two months old.

How can I restore my contact list ONLY from iTune without restoring any other things on my phone?

(Last time I restore my phone, everything got restored to the two months old data file. Hence, photos and messages within the recent two months were all lost.)
