Q: Yellow tint to photos

It sounds like only 1 mode in your Camera app has this yellow tint you describe. I recommend starting by closing all the running apps:

iOS: Force an app to close

Double-click the Home button.

Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.

Swipe the app up to close it.

When you have done that restart the phone and test out the issue again:

Next I would try backing up your device to iTunes then restore it as new to retest the issue:

iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes

When that works, restore from your backup and verify that it is still working.
