How could  cover 1000 square meter with Airport extreme ? is it possible or i have to add more ? , I know covrage depends on material and obstructions. but i have a home in design stage now, 3 floors and i am planning to set up a network so i could play music to my speakers through apple TV or airport extremes which will be connected to network set up by Airport Extreme, but i am not sure about airport extreme coverage .

Do not use wireless to cover multiple floors.

If you are in design stage, get your house wired with ethernet to every room where you need network access.

Modern houses will use large numbers of ethernet outlets and even run dual cables to major areas.. cable is cheap.. it is the installation at later stage that is expensive or impossible. If it is properly planned along with electrical wiring then you will have excellent basis for setting up networking.

Wireless can be then run as multiple WAP on each floor.. wherever access for wireless products is required.
