my password works for itunes and did for apple tv, but after my free month was up password doesn`t work anymore

What password are you talking about, for what menu or feature? Ituens Store login, iCloud, home sharing, Netflx, Hulu, YouTube, etc. etc.
Also ATV does not have a free trial month so what ever you are doing does not sound like it is for ATV. And what ever you are doing only had one free month that you have now gone over why would you still expect it to work?
