MSOffice 2011 14.3.9. Upgraded to OS Mavericks

I have MBP 2011 15" and MSOffice 2011 14.3.9. Upgraded to OS Mavericks, now my MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) cannot be used. I have reinstalled Office, problem prevails. Help please. Thank you.

A lot of the suggestions say to Validate Fonts

Use Font Book (it’s in Applications > Utilities folder) or other font utility to validate ALL your fonts. Delete old versions of duplicate fonts. Delete fonts that don't validate completely. Restart your Mac and empty the trash to get rid of the unneeded fonts and free up disc space.
