Even when I go to my ITunes I still have no volum besides,when I Skype with my daughter in Scotland.It use to work but now it . Last week I just installed Snow Leopard.Can you please help me once agin my Heros

I would be concerned too if audio from my Mac was not working. I found a couple of articles with steps you can try.
I recommend first resetting the PRAM on your computer:
Resetting NVRAM / PRAM
- Shut down your Mac.
- Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Command (⌘), Option, P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously in step 4.
- Turn on the computer.
- Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys before the gray screen appears.
- Hold the keys down until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for the second time.
- Release the keys.
