How can I refund content, as it's over 90 days.

iPhone 4 (8GB), iOS 7.0.4, Refunding content over 90 days

A refund may not be possible since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

It's possible they'll make an exception for you. If you have contacted the iTunes Store and they have told you that your purchase is not eligible for a refund, then there's nothing further you can do.
