i need to conect my xbox one or my ps4 to my macbook pro 2012 Software OS X 10.9.1 (13B42) cuz i dont have a tv

To the best of my knowledge, the 2012 MacBook Pro does not have a HDMI port, only a Thunderbolt/Mini Display Port.
You can buy an adapter for MiniDisplay to HDMI, but this is HDMI OUT from the MacBook - so you cannot do a feed from a PS4/XBox One to the MacBook.
So, in brief, no, you can't. Sorry 😟
