Q: incorrect order of RSS feeds

I have double checked the RSS feeds in Feeder and all seem to be in the correct order. I browse to the xml file and all the videos show up in the correct order. But when I check itunes after refreshing the collection in the course manager, all the videos are randomly scattered. They aren't even sorted by publication date. Does anybody know why this might be happening?

Here is the xml file in case you want to double check something:

To add (?) to this problem, order on xml file is fine, displays fine on desktop iTunes U, but when you look at the course/collection on an iPad the items are out of order - would prefer the most recent item to be at the top of the list, but it isn't happening that way.

Having this problem with all collections from my institution.
