When I am opening my yahoo mail I am getting message from adinfo and I am unable to delete these messages. They said it is not an internet problem. . Do u

Someone else has reported an issue with an e-mail message, at the top of their inbox, that is hilighted and they can't delete.

I know when I access my yahoo via IE with adblock off I will see a 'sponsored e-mail' (read paid for spam advertising yahoo is pushing out) at the top of the box.

Are you seeing this via the yahoo app? or safari? or the mail app?

It may be yahoo sponsored spam

I am having the same problem with yahoo mail. There is an advertisement in every folder that is highlighted but there is not option to delete. I chatted with my provider yesterday and they said it was an Ipad problem and provided me with the Apple Support info.

When I use another device, these ads do not appear.

Any solutions to this problem?

I am getting the same type of email at the top of my inbox, unable to delete. I go to my emails via safari, not in my inbox when I use my laptop or PC. He anyone been able to get rid of it?

If you're accessing your yahoo via mobile safari - which does not have adblock - there is no way around it. I understand if you use the yahoo app you don't see it (although I don't have the app and can't confirm) or if you access your yahoo mail via the apple mail app you don't see it.

The only way it's an apple problem is that mobile safari doesn't block ads.

Yahoo has found another way to cram another ad into their mail service.

WHen I access my yahoo via my laptop I use firefox and I have the adblock extension so I have yet to see it on my computer. If you want to keep accessing it on your iPad via your browser, you can look for one that has an Adblock feature and see if that works.

This problem started last night and I am unable to delete it. No such problem on desktop
