iWork keeps redownloading
Almost every time when I want to open any of iWork programs it sends me to AppStore, downloads again and I can use it only after that process. Why? What can I do?

Try this, delete Keynote
1 - Delete all the iWork applications completely, (use Appcleanerfrom Mac Update to do this, it is freeware)
2 - Start up in safe mode (press shift key immediately after the start chime)
it will take longer to start up as the OS is being repaired
3 - When the Mac is fully booted, go to: Applications > Utilities > Disk utility
click the System hard drive in the list > first aid tab > Repair Disc
4 - Reboot normally
5 - re-install iWork and install updates for Keynote from: Apple Menu > Software update
