My friends Twitter account was compromised.....

My friends Twitter account was compromised, and I accidentally clicked on the link that took me to some Chinese web site. Should I be concerned. Using the Iphone 4S and IOS version 7.0.4. Should I just delete the Twitter application and reload?

No need to be concerned. It won't hurt to delete the Twitter app, but it probably isn't necessary.
