I have two iphones one a 5 on Sprint my wifes and the second a 5c on Tmobile mine. I get my wifes texr messages all of the time just from certain people. She does not get my text messages. Whn i Send her one I immedialty get a copy brcause it also sends one to me even though I am not in the address line Help!

Those are iMessages, and it's happening because you've activated iMessage on both phones with the same email address. You should not be sharing an Apple ID for iCloud, messages and facetime. One of you needs to create your own.
Check
Settings > Messages > iMessage: ON
Send & Receive > do not use the same Apple ID here, each of you should have your own Apple ID.
You can be reached.... > make sure only your own phone number and e-mail address here
Start new conversations from > your phone number.
