I have heard rumors that if you bring your cracked iPhone into Apple, they will give you a whole new phone. Is it true? My iPhone 4s has a cracked front and back, and also has many other problems. I was just wondering if they will make me pay $199 to get it fixed, or just give me a whole new phone. I live 100 miles away from an Apple Store.
