How do I reinstall Safari on my MacBook Pro?

I was having issues with pop ups on my Safari web Browser, I tried a few things to stop it but it continues..Now I have deleted Safari and would like to reinstall Safari...

Anyone can give pointers on going about it? I am running OS X Mavericks (10.9.1)
