i accidently deleted my wifi network, how do i get it back?

Open up System Preferences

Open Network

Click the + (plus) button at the bottom of the connection list on the left

Select WiFi

Name the selection WiFi

Click Create

Click Apply down at the lower right of the window

Close the window

Sorry i didn't get you. Actually im not able to connect wifi in my ipad becoz i accidentally deleted it. Now im not able to use wifi in my ipad

The method given by me is to delete each settings and configure it once again .

in third screen shot you have to click on plus sign and type your network name , click on ok .
