How do I delete my favorites on my iphone using windows?

Alright so last night I downloaded icloud to my windows 7 laptop and I accidentaly synced stuff on my iphone 4 and Ipad when I only wanted to sync my iphone 4 pictures onto my laptop. I noticed that earlier today but right now I am unable to use my devices so I was wondering if anyone knew a way to delete the information I synced on my ipad and iphone by using Icloud on windows?
