Feb 20, 2014 5:07 AM in response to ktimm84by King_Penguin,You got what email ? You won't get an email from Apple saying that it's disabled. Have you tried using your account e.g. can you download a new free app on your computer's iTunes or device ?
What does the email say ? Is not personalised (e.g. does it have 'dear client' or 'dear customer' ?), has a 'verify now' or similar link in it, and has poor English ? If it is then it's a phishing attempt to get your iTunes account and payment details - you could forward the email to Apple : reportphishing@apple.com
If your account is actually disabled then you can try re-enabling it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out and back into your account on any iOS devices that you have (tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store) so as to 'refresh' the account on it
If that doesn't fix it then you might need to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

Feb 20, 2014 6:12 AM in response to King_Penguinby ktimm84,yes and this is what it says.
Hello,
This is an automatic message sent by our security system to let you know that you have 48 hours to confirm your account information.
The account will continue to be locked until it is approved and validate your Apple ID information.
Once you have updated your account records, your information will be confirmed and your account will start to work as normal once again.
Thanks,
Apple Customer Support

Feb 20, 2014 6:16 AM in response to King_Penguinby ktimm84,I emailed it to the reportphishing@apple.com because my email tagged it as it doesn't trust it. So let's apple decide. thanks for your help!

Feb 20, 2014 6:17 AM in response to ktimm84by King_Penguin,It's not from Apple, it's a phishing attempt to try and get your account and payment details - iTunes accounts don't expire, the 'Apple Support' link is not an Apple site, the email isn't personalised (it doesn't have your name), and the English is poor.
You could forward it to Apple : reportphishing@apple.com
