Q: How to keep CMYK colors in CMYK in Pages?

Color management is in the Color Picker. Create a color using the CMYK selector and then drag the color down to the swatches below.

Maintaining a color is not easy but you can create color swatches and reuse those.

Color management is what you set it to, just be consistent.

Pages 5 is a joke, that Apple has foisted on the new twittering, Facebooking and Selfie obsessed Apple customer base.

Works as expected in Pages '09.

Seems like Apple has fiddled yet again with color management and yet again stuffed it up.

There have been bugs in ColorSync since it came out, I think in 1993.

I have dilligently reported them since OSX 10.1 and Apple has dilligently done SFA about it.

For example ever since I can remember if you verify the ColorSync Profiles a batch of them come up as bad profiles.

The same ones in OSX after OSX after OSX. Which shows Apple just hasn't bothered fixing them for over a decade.

There are also ludicrously low settings for transparency resolution in pdfs and changed profiles reject attempts to rename them.

Worked on a doc for two weeks and just to find out before printing that pages can't save cmyk colors, very frustrating. Where can we post this issue?
