Problems With the Outlook

I have an iMac OS X. i have had nothing but trouble with it since i purchased it in March. I have outlook installed and it will not save the passwords in the keychain. i have called apple several times and they are about as helpful as my gramma. Anyone have any ideas?

It also keep coming up with you user name and password is incorrect when it is 100% correct.
