I have had my IPad for 2 months. It has suddenly become impossible to download apps from the App Store and publications from newsstand. Any guidance re the problem would be appreciated.
iPad 2, iOS 7.0.4
1. Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>On
2. Make sure Time Zone is correct
Sign out of Apple ID, reboot and sign in again
Settings>iTunes and App Store>Apple ID

So would some more detailed information. What happens when you try to download apps? Some thing happens even if it fails.
Do the downloads start and stall? Do you get the "waiting" icons?
I can't download apps from the app store or newspapers and magazines from newsstand
