Bootcamp 3.0.4 on Snow Leopard won't give me the option to install Windows XP

Created a partition to install Windows using bootcamp assistant 3.0.4 on Mac Pro running Snow Leopard, however the only option it can give me is for Windows 7 and above, and it refuses to recognise my Windows XP disc.

How do I download previous versions of Bootcamp that do support Windows XP? Or how do I work around this to install Windows XP myself? Step by step help please, as I am a novice.

Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8), BOOTCAMP

There is no support software download for XP. Here are the system requirements from http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5634 for your Mack Pro.

The only XP support software is located on the Snow Leopard install DVD.
