Q: iCloud issue - all using same iCloud account
Hi
I need to back up an iPhone 4S as I need to reset the device to factory settings. The phone has been using an iCloud account linked to another iphone. I have now created a new iCloud account (as I was going to backup the phone to iCloud). When I hit the delete account button it says that if I delete the account all documents and photo stream photos stored in iCloud will be deleted from this iPhone. Does this mean that I'll lose everything on iCloud and on the phone I need to back up? Help......I really don't get all this....

Before deleting the account, save your photo stream photos to your camera roll (by opening your my photo stream album, tapping Select, tapping the photos, tap the share icon-- box with upward facing arrow, then tapping Save to Camera Roll). Only photo stream photos are deleted when you delete an iCloud account, not camera roll photos. The camera roll will be included in your backup and should be restored when restoring the backup.
