Siri is not listed in Settings>General options page. How do I enable it on my iPad2?

You are welcome. Nope, it requires a 3rd generation (or higher) iPad, and a 5th generation iPod Touch.
Nope. Siri didn't appear on iPod Touch until the 5th generation.
