The Ipad Air was working fine - then it went blank. It will not turn on again. It was fully charged It is less than 2 months old.

A reset may help. Tap and hold the Home button and the On/Off buttons for approximately 15-20 seconds, until the Apple logo reappears. When the logo appears, release both buttons.

You are welcome. I don't think is really a specific trigger to cause these issues. Unfortunately, they are computers, and like all computers are prone to the occasional glitch. The reset procedure is always a good first step in troubleshooting/clearing an issue.
Mine's an iPad 2 but the same thing happened to it last week. Inexplicably wouldn't wake up, but the computer saw it and would sync, then after the reset the screen came back.
