Q: How can I connect my 2008 xserve to a 27 Thunderbolt Monitor?

Hi,

 

I have a ~2008 Xserve with the mini display port. Does anyone have a solution on how to connect this to a 27" Thunderbolt Monitor?

 

Any help greatly appreciated. I have just taken the server home from the datacentre, it needs some work and cannot connect to the only monitor I have.

Hello it can not be done.

 

What you can do though is buy a mini display port cinema display.
