My 10 months old I-Pod Nano (7th Generation) is responding unexpectedly. After complete charging, it hardly plays a 3-4 songs and crashes. Either it shows low battery notification or it just gets shut. I am worried. Will Apple replace my I-Pod?

My 10 months old I-Pod Nano (7th Generation) is responding unexpectedly. After complete charging, it hardly plays a 3-4 songs and crashes. Either it shows low battery notification or it just gets shut. I am worried. Will Apple replace my I-Pod? Or will they repair it for free? Please reply as I am worried. (I live in India)
