I forgot my apple security questions

I wanted to buy this app that costs $5.00. I wanted to get it for my new iPhone 5c. I used the same account to buy apps on my iPad 3. But they asked for my security questions. I didn't know my security questions so I wanted to reset them by sending it to my email. Apparently, the Apple ID I was using had the email I don't use anymore. It got reseted and deleted. I can't get it back. That's the only account I have that has money. Is there any way that I can buy an app without going through security questions? Cause I can not reset my security questions because my email is deleted.
