insert address from contacts

Hello

I am looking for the method to insert an adress I have in my contacts.

I'm also looking for the method to create a "mass-mailing" in pages...

And, in my template, I have the Tag "Page # of ...", but this doesn't work even though it is available in the insert-menu.

It seems this has changed (od disappeared) in the free version of pages?
