how can I restore my keychain from time machine

I had to reset my login password from restarting with command r key...How and can I restore my keychain from my time machine backup

MacBook Pro with Retina display, iOS 5.1.1

This does indeed restores the keychain...but since I had to reset my admin password...looks like the keychain I restored thinks it needs the admin password I can't remember.

Yes Keychain password does not get reset.
