Q: New iTunes cards can't redeem say they are not activated

I bought multipack iTunes cards for Christmas and none of them will let me redeem them. It says it's inactive and contact apple support???? What do I do?

Ask the people at the store the gift cards came from or the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
