Why can't i see my email in icloud?
I backed my iphone up - had plenty of storage and I can see my contacts - but not my emails or notes.

You can only see your iCloud email account on icloud.com if that's where you are looking. icloud.com will not host non-iCloud email accounts.
If your notes aren't syncing with iCloud, make sure you have turned Notes on in Setttings>iCloud. Then open the Notes app and tap Accounts. Check the accounts listed to see which one(s) your notes belong to. iCloud will only sync notes that belong to the iCloud account. If your notes belong to another account, you will have to open each one, then copy & paste the text into new notes created in the iCloud account in order to sync them with iCloud.
