My iPhone 5 has no service or very little service and wifi won't work either? Ive had this phone for 1 year and 2 months. What do I do??

HELP!! My Black Iphone 5 no longer has service or only 1 bubble of service. The wifi connection is slower where the fan only fills 1 or 2. I have just reset the network setting. But I just want it fixed without wiping the whole phone.
