AIRPLAY DOES NOT WORK ON MID 2011 MACBOOK AIR
My Mac says it is Mid 2011 (Macbook Air 11inch) but Airplay does not appear in System Preferences > Display - WHY?!

AirPlay requires OSX 10.8 or higher.

I have a macbook pro from early 2011, which also nromally Airplay would support. I cant find it as well in the displaysettings.
You say airplay requires OSX 10.8 but I checked for a software update, but there are no updates anymore the mac says. And I have 10.7.5.....
Please help!
