safari cannot find server

I am just loving Safari right now. So the last few week I have been getting this page at what seems random to me. I am not doing anything wierd in safari will have up to 5 tabs in use at anytime. I quit safari often every few hours. It is not just this macbook pro ether my wifes is doing the same thing. My work computer on mavricks is doing this too. Computers on Snow Leopard are working just find can get to any site. So we have been using chrome more. Does anyone know what is wrong? Did Apple do a update to safari maybe time out faster? It is just really getting bad with this poping up so much now. I am even see it on my iphone now too. The only third party plug in is 1password. New hard drive in one computer and still get this problem no addon's. Please help much thanks!
