Try This...

Close All Open Apps... Sign Out of your Account... Perform a Reset... Try again...

Reset ( No Data will be Lost )

Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...

Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...

Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)

Release the Buttons...

If no joy... Try a Restore...

1: Connect the device to Your computer and open iTunes.

2: If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane.

Restoring > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1414

If the Issue persists...

Then a Visit to an Apple Store or AASP (Authorized Apple Service Provider) is suggested... Be sure to make an appointment first...

I dont have any idea what the problem is. But my friend said that the problem is with new ios. I think so. My plan is to wait the 7.1 update and then see what happen after that. If i still get the same problem, i will counter with AASP (Authorized Apple Service Provider) immediately. For now, this problem occur just one or twice a day and if it going very bad, i will go to AASP asap. ( Actually i wait the screen going to be bluescreen all time. It will be easy to show and explain the problem to the Apple's staff. Haha)

Let me know what your problem when u have done appointment with Apple.

Thank you for your response besiburuk.

This is my exact problem. I had a restart ending with a blue screen every time last saturday. Tried to put it in recovery mode and restore my iphone. This is not possible because I get a blue screen for a second and the recovery has failed. I'm currently totally stuck in the recovery mode and don't have a clue how this could have happened. Does your friend maybe know what is my exact problem? Also the main problem some 5S' have at the moment?

I will keep you up to date what is being said about the phone upcoming friday!

It happen to me too before i restore my iphone as anamusic suggest above. I cant even pass the apple logo at start up. It going to be bluescreen for a few second, then the apple logo appear but it just finish there when after that it keep repeat the same thing (bluescreen+apple logo) for a few times. Finally, i did hard reset (a few times) and i was able to enter the os succesfully. I did the restore and it went smoothly but just for a few days before the same thing happened.

My friend just suggest to take the picture or video the problem and meet the apple staff. Show them what you have. It will be a great deal if the apple staff can see what the really problem with his eye. I hope the problem is software, not hardware. 🙂 Im staying at Saudi Arabia and it look the whole system here is very difficult for foreigner. 🙂
