All contacts disappeared from my iPad.....does anyone know how I can restore the contacts onto my iPad? Contacts are still on my iPhone

Open contacts on the phone and click groups. Find out what group your contacts belong to and add the same group on your ipad. If you do not see groups in contacts on the phone - go to www.icloud.com and sign in and see if your contacts are there. If they are, sign in to icloud on ipad.
