Q: iTunes Match storage
I have about 223000 songs in my collection., the majority of which I did NOT purchase on iTunes. The way I read the terms is that I am limited to 25k of those songs tenor purchased on iTunes or 25k songs that iTunes Match can't find?

It's 25000 songs that were not purchased from iTunes on that account - so it doesn't matter whether matches are found or if they need to be uploaded from your library, it's the number of non-purchased songs.
