Iphone 5 won't sync music from itunes

Yesterday this problem started where my iphone5 won't play my music anymore, all of the songs are greyed out and there is a red circle with a stop button next to it. I'm in a foreign country so I can't sync my stuff over wifi. Please help. How can I just sync my music to my iphone?
