Ok, so I recently bought Windows 8.1. I installed it via Boot Camp on my iMac (Late 2013) But towards the end of the installation when I am asked to personalise my machine I am unable to as my wireless Apple keyboard and mouse do not work. I have tried several things to try and get it to work with no luck whatsoever.
So any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

See here two keys, try to use USB2 (not an issue for you if you made it past driver install) and iterate the boot camp assistant in steps
Thank you for replying. Although I have succesfully performed the installation on my MacBook Air (2013) with absolutely no hick-ups whatsoever. Whether or not it's because the keyboard and mouse is not wireless I don't know. But I'd prefer it on my iMac rather than my MacBook. Also, the USB drive I used is a 2.0 version. And like I say, it worked for my MacBook so I don't think it's the issue.
So you didn't try to run bootcamp in steps from that link for your iMac? That's the solution right there.
