was written in Collaboration Daemon Log.

and this was in the Error log server website ssl log

Feb 21, 2014 7:50 PM in response to Bay Portby Linc Davis,You've moved the server data to a secondary volume. Although the documentation says you can do that, in practice it's a good way to trigger every possible bug in Server, especially when updating. I don't know how to work around the bugs.
There's no easy way to recover from this condition. I suggest you review the support articles linked below and try to export the Wiki data and move it to the standard location in /Library/Server on the boot volume, even if that means you need a larger boot volume.
